    Road to California is located in Southern California at the Ontario Convention Center 2000 E Convention Center Way Ontario, CA 91764

     

    • What are the Hours of the Show?

    Thursday January 23rd through the 26th 2020.

    Thursday - Saturday - 9:00AM-5:30PM

    Sunday         -          10:00AM-3:30PM

     

    • When is the Show?

    Road to California 2020 is held, Thursday through Sunday, January 23 - 26 2020. Classes begin on Monday, January 21.

    • When is Registration Open?

    Priority registration will open. June 28, 2019. Priority registration is granted to those individuals who volunteered 6 hours or more in 2019.  The general public can then register on July 8, 2019 at 8:00AM

     

    • Where is my Class?

    To find out the location of your class is you must look at the class code. Your class code is 4 numbers followed by a letter. e.g. 1004C, 2007A, 3006G, 9500D. Each letter represents a location. If you class ends in a "C" your class will be held in the Ontario Convention Center. If your class code ends in an "G" your class in held at the Ontario Gateway Hotel. If your class ends in a "A" your class is held at the Azure. Finally, if your code ends in a "D" your class is held at the Doubletree Hotel. Specific classroom information is available on January 7, 2020.

    • What is the day of my Class?

    To determine the day of your class, you must look at the class code. Your class code will be 4 numbers followed by a letter. If your class code begins with a 1, e.g. 1004C, your class in on Monday, the 1st days of classes. If your class code begins with a 2, e.g. 2005R, your class in on Tuesday, the 2nd day of classes. etc...

    • Can I bring a Rolling Cart?

    You can bring a rolling cart to wheel your class supplies to and from your vehicle and classroom. We do not allow rolling carts on the show room floor.

     

    • Can I bring a Stroller?

    Strollers are allowed at the show on SUNDAY ONLY.

    • How do I get Tickets? How much are they?

    Tickets and pricing will be available online on November 1, 2019. Please note: if you paid the registration fee and have an active class registration you do not need to purchase a ticket.

    • I want to register two people at once. Can I do that?

    A separate online account or mail-in registration form and UNIQUE valid email address is required for each registrant. Telephone, fax or in-person registrations will not be accepted.

    Glad you noticed! We’ve made a considerable investment in our online presence. We have a completely new online services portal that should improve your experience with Road to California as well as a completely redesigned Website! Matt has written a tutorial on how to use our new online registration portal. It will appear on our blog in the coming weeks.
